Fulltime Summer 2017 Marketing Internship - June to mid-August.

Position Summary:
Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager to support objectives for the Marketing Production team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Production
• AdTrax / Job Tracking System Training and Updates
◦ Build a quick-estimate Excel sheet for POS jobs. Enter quantities for the various typical signs and get a total.
• AdTrax POS Budget Tracking: Estimate Load. Impacts overall Marketing budget and critical to maintaining, in order to accurately project business expenses.
• Sample Libraries & Learn Why They are Business Critical
• Organize DM sample library to accommodate current samples to ideally make maintaining easier.
• Re-build POS substrate sample library (also potentially useful for Props)
• Traffic: how marketing jobs move through the system and the importance of the traffic role
• Test Jobs – further knowledge of job tracking system how jobs become “live” and the maintenance required to get to final art
Cause Marketing
• American Cancer Society / Breast Cancer – assist the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Project Manager. Illustrates the importance of the company’s vision and values and being a part of a “company that cares”
• Planning stage for October execution
• Home Office Event planning
Marketing Calendar Training
• Critical business tool. Requires keen eye for detail. Learning includes in store understanding of importance and impact on the business. May include attendance at a target meeting.
Sign Library management
• Critical business tool. Requires keen eye for detail. Learning includes in store understanding of importance and impact on the business.
Requirements
• Rising junior or senior in college pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
