Your challenge:
You will be integrated in a team within the Group Transactions and Reporting Systems (GTRS) department. The GTRS mission statement is to acquire and maintain all internal expertise and administration on the Company referenced applications, such as SAP (ERP), Business Objects Financial Consolidation (Reporting), City Financials and Cash Pooler Web (Treasury). This department provides a full spectrum of services in the areas of software implementation, support to operations, project management and compliance.
Under the supervision of SAP experts / project Managers, you will support project teams on specific tasks to prepare the SAP setup and the go-live with business users
Challenge:
• Define the Chart of Accounts
• Define the Controlling Structure
• Contribute to the integration tests
• Contribute to the Historical Data Recovery from the Legacy System
• Support the Business users for Data Clean-up
• Prepare / review the training material for the end-users
Your profile:
• Currently studying for a relevant university degree (preferably with focus on IT/Business)
• Basic IT understanding and you feel comfortable working with various applications
• Fluent in English; additional French and/or German is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office packages; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills
• Self-starter but can follow instructions well when needed
• Able to translate your research findings into logical, structured text / graphs
• Curious, ready to invest a lot and eager to learn
