Responsibilities:
• Support the creation and execution of social media strategy through competitive research, social listening, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
• Collaborate with the creative team in producing, editing and publishing content that drives engagement from our clients’ fan bases
• Moderate social platforms and field fan responses
• Help analyze metrics to determine what’s working, what’s not and where there are opportunities for something great
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Stay plugged into industry updates, following the developments from major social platforms and innovative social marketing campaigns

Required Skills:
• Junior, senior or nontraditional student in college or recent graduate with coursework or experience in a related field
• Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Comfort with analyzing data and drawing out insights
• Familiarity with (and interest in) current trends in social marketing
• Fluency in English (but knowledge of a secondary language is always awesome)
• A sense of humor, a curious personality and a passionate opinion on whether dogs should have people names, such as Paul or Leslie
