Overview and Responsibilities
The MTV Manager of Integrated Marketing is a dynamic and creative thinker who can conceptualize and implement multiplatform marketing programs across linear, digital, and social for sponsor programs across MTV’s music channels.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Sr. Director to architect cross-platform marketing programs that support integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives.
• Create formal sponsor packages and conceptualize ideas based on MTV’s programming assets, consumer behaviors and insights and marketplace intelligence that align with client rfps.
• Collaborate with IM counterparts and interdepartment members in the development of innovative ideas and marketing programs.
• Liaison with IM counterparts and sales to customize sponsor offerings based on client/brand objectives and guidelines (digital, social and video distribution) and then formally propose in writing/powerpoint presentations and/or in person when necessary.
• Manage and organize execution of sponsor marketing programs with detailed documents, charts, spreadsheets and budgets.
• Lead the communication of updates within Integrated Marketing group and with sales teams and clients.
• Track delivery and capture campaign performance measurements in collaboration with research departments and social teams to analyze and present in wrap up reports/presentations.
• Follow and translate industry insights and pop culture trends into digital and social marketing concepts and programs for sponsors.
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years marketing experience within media/entertainment industry, promotions/advertising agency or branded entertainment/production company
• Creative mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as design aesthetic, to effectively articulate information regarding promotional programs to internal departments and external partners
Additional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding for how to apply marketing strategy to creative ideas and campaign activation across linear, digital, mobile, social and event marketing.
• Understanding of the entire advertising ecosystem and agencies supporting ecosystem.
• Awareness of linear and digital platforms and direction of our industry and Company business goals.
• Knowledge of digital distribution, earned media and social media and marketing and ability to demonstrate the impact of our advertising programs to drive incremental value to our clients and revenue to the business.
• Understanding of video production and the process of producing branded content.
