Job Summary:This inside sales position builds and maintains relationships with new and existing Pro Sales customers to assist and support with product selection, delivery, sales completion and issue resolution. This position also interacts with store associates via telephone and email on a daily basis to identify and develop new potential Pro Sales customers.

Primary Functions:
Use outbound dialing systems to contact inactive, existing customers to re-engage them in active sales relationships.
Qualify & convert Pro leads referred by store base to develop and maintain Pro Sales account.
Call leads received from stores and regional associate and manage communication through to order placement
Follow orders to protect relationship between stores and Pro Sales leads.
Utilize strengths of Pro Sales team, store and regional teams to land and maintain accounts that are difficult for stores to convert or service.
Gather information about potential large projects and clients identified by stores (finding decision makers, qualifying owners, architects, and general contractors) and work with Territory and National Sales Managers to transfer responsibility for closing.
Maintain relationship with existing clients.
Sends qualified projects from existing accounts to National Sales Manager.
Focus on repeat business and utilize strengths of Pro Sales team and Company to close additional sales with existing clients.
Distribute marketing materials to increase sales to existing customers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of Company products, systems and processes, including SAP and I3
Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English
Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients and other members of the organization
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume; ability to apply basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Education & Experience
High School diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year college or university, preferred
One to three years’ of experience, in Pro or Direct sales, or telesales required
Work Environment:This position works in a typical call center environment with moderate noise levels.
