Human Resources Manager
Pay: $100,000 – $105,000 per year
Location: San Francisco, CA: 2 days a week onsite
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve employee relations issues, ensuring policies and procedures are upheld and updated as needed
- Maintain company compliance with state & federal laws
- Collaborate with corporate office to roll out company benefit programs and open enrollment
- Foster a healthy, open, and collaborative work environment through implementation of appropriate diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
- Own the administration and analysis of HR metrics, reports, communication, surveys, organizational charts, record keeping, correspondence, personnel files as well as collecting, reviewing and documenting training needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight total years’ experience within HR/People Operations
Supervisory/Managerial experience
- Prefer SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
- Strong written skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing organization-wide HR programs
