The Role
An exciting 6-month fixed term opportunity for a HR Advisor has arisen within our HR team at Company. The HR Advisor role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join our world-class HR team supporting the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations across ANZ. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and effective approaches
- Resolving employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Identifying training needs and assisting in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Supporting the HR Manager in administering employee benefits programs, including salary reviews, TRP process, and general queries
- Maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and assist in HR audits and reporting
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and policies
- Collaborating on HR projects, such as policy development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Key Requirements of the role include:
- Tertiary qualifications in an HR or related discipline
- 3 + years experience in working in Human Resources within a blue collar environment- manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or supply chain is preferred
- General Understanding of IR laws, relevant Awards and regulations is good to have
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to engage with many levels within the organization and across different segments of the business
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer needs
- Ability to work independently within established procedures
- Functional experience using Workday and Microsoft Office Suit
- Adaptability and flexibility when faced with challenges.
