You will manage our US Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for a 900+ employee population to ensure data management and integrity, regular and ad hoc reporting, and systems configuration according to current business need (e.g. Benefits Open Enrollment).
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a master user for our HRIS and time and attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy and dynamic configuration according to business need (Ceridian and iemployee)
• Generate reports per standard internal/external reporting requirements as well as respond to frequent ad hoc requests for information
• Support the HRIS Coordinator as needed with overflow for employee lifecycle transactions (e.g. new hires, salary increases, etc.) and provide guidance and oversight day to day
• Participate in change management efforts where HR systems need to be configured to support evolving business needs or changes in processes
• Partner with the HR Managers to coordinate the bonus process
• Any other duties that can reasonably be expected of you
Experience, skills, and expertise
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience working with HR systems and data
• HRIS administration, including maintenance, reporting, enhancement/implementation, and support
• Experience managing time and attendance software and processes
• Knowledge of HR Generalist, Payroll, and Benefits practices and understanding of how HR Systems support these functions
• Strong Excel skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented; able to work autonomously and with the highest degree of confidentiality
• Strong multi-tasking and functions well in a constant change environment; able to manage around ambiguity
Desirable:
• Ceridian and iemployee software an advantage
• Knowledge of crystal reports a plus
• Knowledge of variable compensation programs (bonus, commission) desired
• Previous people management experience
