The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an HR Services Advisor with Germanyou will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Providing answers and solutions to all incoming queries from all EMEA employees (customer support through phone and case management system)
- Investigating and resolving problems and providing solutions which may involve a network of resources
- Providing clients with final answers and regularly following up on all escalated queries
- Identifying escalation trends and opportunities for process change and/or new solutions
- Performing "off-phone" duties, such as, but not limited to: creating job requisitions, checking job requisitions, preparing guides, and documenting electronically.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Company is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Fluent English and German (min. B2 level), both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service/client support
- Ability to comprehend and execute end-to-end processes.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Knowledge of HR systems is an advantage: Workday, SAP, Salesforce, or other HR Systems
- Seeking a meticulous and precise candidate with a keen eye for detail.
