The Recruitment Coordinator provides recruiting support to the Talent and Recruitment Manager and is responsible for day to day management and troubleshooting of our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Responsibilities
• Basic recruiting support (e.g. post jobs, schedule interviews, reference checks, arrange travel and lodging for applicants, if necessary, etc.)
• Higher level recruiting support as needed (e.g. resume screening, phone screening, LinkedIn sourcing)
• Full cycle recruiting for entry level and temporary roles as needed
• Manage job board contracts and posting inventory
• Support to social media recruiting activities
• Responsible for troubleshooting questions and issues with our ATS and managing ongoing system improvement (e.g. set up job board feeds, develop system reports, etc.)
• Ad hoc compensation research to benchmark new roles/salary ranges
• Participation in external recruiting events
• Any other duties that can reasonably be expected of you
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Essential
• BA/BS with a minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience, specifically with recruiting admin and full cycle recruiting for entry level roles
• Working knowledge of ATS systems and workflows
• Hands on experience with various sourcing and selection processes (resume screening, phone interviewing, reference checks, passive candidate sourcing, etc.)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to partner with all levels of staff
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt while managing competing priorities to produce quality deliverables and meet tight deadlines
• Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data
Desirable
• Experience within a global organization and ability to interact with various departments and levels of management a plus
• Success Factors recruiting module an advantage
• Experience within the publishing industry highly desirable
