Job Summary:
Responsible for the administration of Human Resources programs and services including talent acquisition, records management, completing personnel transactions, supporting the HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, and development of system training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Single point of contact within HR Operations for assigned HR Business Partners
• Liaison into Payroll, Talent Acquisition Operations, HRIS, Benefits and Compliance
• Project management of special projects within Human Resources
• Drafts communications and works closely with the business owner on deployment of new HR services
• Works with HR Helpdesk when HR is deploying projects to ensure that the first line of support is informed and prepared to support the rollout
• Data audit and maintenance
• Administration of various HR plans and procedures
• Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
• Serves as escalation point for questions from HR Helpdesk
• Develops training for HR processes and works closely with the Training and Development team to deploy training to the enterprise
• Recognize inefficiency in process and develop recommendations for improvement
Education and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility and ability to work with a level of ambiguity
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Workday experience is a plus
