Required Skills:
What you’ll be doing:
This role is responsible for the collection, processing and administration of HR Master Data globally. This includes:
• Managing employee data throughout the employee life-cycle, including the collection, organization, review and entry of all employee information for hire, job change and termination actions.
• Administering our Company Onboarding program – including communicating with new hires, answering questions, collecting new hire information, ensuring new hire tasks are complete, and generally providing a welcoming, seamless and positive experience for new team members.
• Issuing communications to key stakeholders regarding employee changes, such as sending all new hire or termination notices, in a timely manner.
• Ensuring required compliance requirements are met for all employee transactions, including the collection and completion of required background checks, policy acknowledgements, authorizations etc for each employee hire or change.
• Tracking and coordinating all upcoming employee actions or changes, such as schedule payments, contract renewals, termination and severance end dates, and auctioning as necessary.
• Ensuring high-volume HR transactional processing is efficient, timely, accurate and confidential.
• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders including senior HR staff, Payroll and Finance team members to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and by key deadlines.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar role, and specifically working with SAP HR is strictly required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and HRIS systems.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive and confidential data.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and results-driven self-motivated approach to task management.
• Ability to work in dynamic environment and deal effectively with change.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service approach.
