JD HR Global Projects Manager
Overview
The Global Projects Manager will be responsible for supporting HRBPs to deliver key HR activities across all areas of HR. This will include business as usual programmes such as the annual talent programme, performance assessment process in addition to managing bespoke programmes as required.
Role holder will be accountable to deliver all aspects of these programmes across Enabling Functions HR teams. These roles will work closely with HRBPs and line managers to ensure timely delivery. There are 3 roles available – one based in the UK, one based in the US and one based in India / Sri Lanka.
Main activities/responsibilities
• Collaborate with enabling functions HR Business Partners to understand the priorities and to provide support on delivering bespoke strategic initiatives eg RIF’s, offshoring projects, business transformations etc.
• Act as key point of contact with COE partners to receive all programmmes / projects on behalf of Enabling Functions HR Business Partners and serve as a single point of contact to distribute enabling functions consolidated information to/from geographies and PPS.
• Create and own the project plans around the roll out of global programmes
• Communicate and manage the timelines and accountabilities to ensure global programmes are delivered on track
• Own the end to end delivery of global programmes in partnership with the HRBP’s (including data gathering and checks where required)
• Support the HRBP to execute global programmes/ key projects
• Analyse data and reports received from COEs for enabling functions HR teams. Obtain bespoke reports where requested.
• Monitors the HR Calendar so effective pre-planning can take place
• Responsible for ensuring programme completion rates across enabling functions are met
• Partner with hub / HR Operations services on regular basis to ensure service standards and SLAs are adhered to. Help define/ reshape the same where required
Qualifications
• Previous HR experience (5+ years) and a good working knowledge of programmes such as talent cycle, performance assessment cycle, engagement survey, exit interview reporting, recruitment reporting etc.
• Experience of creating and owning complex, projects plans
• Track record of successful delivery of global projects and programmes
• Ability to collaborate successfully across varied, geographically dispersed stakeholder groups
• Experience of successfully partnering with senior HR Business Partners
• Experience of successfully partnering with line managers
• Able to manage large scale data reports and advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience of having worked in a systems driven, self-service oriented HR model
• Strong analytical abilities and data orientation. Able to see patterns and drive insight from data
