Your challenge:
We have two opportunities for temporary administrators to join our Central HR Administration team based at our site in Frating Colchester. One role will be for 6 months, and the other a 3 month contract to cover a period of absence within the team. You’ll be responsible for the proactive and efficient delivery of HR administration and processing in support of employees across Company at all sites within the UK. You’ll be liaising closely with the wider HR team, across all sites, as well as the Group Salaries team to ensure that processing is completed with efficiency and accuracy to ensure peace of mind in the work that the team is delivering. Your workload will be varied and you’ll be dealing with a range of queries and paperwork from joiners and leavers to general contractual changes, benefits administration, processing absences, updating e-personnel files, payslip sorting and distributing and other ad hoc administration as required. You will work with our HR Information System (Cascade) on a daily basis as well as our online benefits portal and become an expert in both in order to assist with queries quickly and accurately.
Your profile:
These roles will suit someone with excellent, customer –focussed communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be friendly, confident and proactive in your approach to your work and will be comfortable learning new systems quickly. Attention to detail is hugely important in this role as is the ability to prioritise and keep on top of deadlines. Previous administration and MS Office skills are needed within this role (Outlook, Word and Excel) and administration experience within an HR environment would be preferred.
