Wealth Management Operations Global Wealth Management Operations provides brokerage, investment and financial services to hundreds of thousands of individual investors. We apply our expertise in serving institutional clients to create new opportunities for people to achieve their personal financial goals. The Stock Plan Services Operations Associate is responsible for the following: Account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, research, client call backs, database entry, and assisting Compliance with trade or call reviews for the MSSB Global Stock Plan business. Correspondence, reports, stock swaps, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, reissues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, reports, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc. Required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in phones and operations.
