We are looking for a Global Brand Strategy Manager who will support the Global Brand Strategy Director in managing the development of global brand strategy across all LS&Co brands. This role will collaborate cross functionally to activate brand strategy across all regions and channels. Additionally, the role will help manage the Project Management Organization within the Global Brand Strategy team, effectively monitoring all mission critical global strategy projects on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities:
• Support the development of the Annual Strategic Business Plan across all brands (Levi’s, Dockers, Signature, Denizen)*
• Manage an effective Project Management Office within the brand strategy group, ensuring strategic projects across the Global Brand organization are tracking towards their goals on an ongoing basis*
• Perform ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the development of global brand strategy, leveraging insights across all aspects of business (consumer, market, competitive, brand, channel etc.)
• Drive cross functional collaboration across the matrix, ensuring channels and regions understand the brand strategy objectives and goals to action appropriately
Qualifications:
• MBA required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Psychology a plus
• 4-6 years’ experience preferably spent in either consulting or in a role consulting senior management with an emphasis on strategy, competitive analysis, market dynamics and business performance
• Experience developing and analyzing brand and/or business strategies; participating in large-scale projects and processes across business functions
• Ability to understand, integrate and synthesize primary and secondary data to form insightful observations and clear, actionable brand and business implications
• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, across multiple functions and drive participation and partnership
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to meet new requirements in a dynamic job environment
• Hungry to learn, problem-solve and make an impact on the organization and its performance
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Apparel industry experience and/or experience building Lifestyle brands is a plus
• Previous experience in working in a global environment is a plus
