Position Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Develop and implement the FCO aftermarket program included in the FCO five-year strategic growth initiative. The aftermarket program requires strong collaboration with the other key stakeholders of the program including:
• FCO VP of Operations – Control Valves and AM
• FCO Engineering Director - AM
• FCO Regional Operations Directors/GM’s
• FCO Regional Sales Directors
• FSG AM Operations and Sales Management
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Key participant in a small cross functional task force with the following deliverables:
‒ Implement a global FCO aftermarket strategy
‒ Develop a FCO AM playbook that will include:
◦ QRC in a Box program for Company owned QRC’s
§ Replicate the FSG Seal model
§ Global standardization, yet customized to meet local customer requirements
◦ 3rd party control valve repair strategy
§ Identification and qualification of candidates
§ Develop Black Tie program covering program requirements / certification / training etc.
• Manuals with procedures / policies etc.
• Structure
• Sales plan
◦ Control Valve stocking programs – linear and rotary
◦ Repair by replace programs for control valves and severe service ball valves
◦ Automation strategy at QRC level to segue with Control Valve and Durco/Argus repair strategy
◦ Field service programs
◦ Asset manager programs
◦ Develop spare parts kit program
◦ Plan to more effectively pursue spare parts on capital projects
§ Recommended spares
§ Start and commissioning spares
• Collaborate with regional sales on key target account development
• Drive implementation of a FCO asset management program
• Assist with implementation of the China QRC strategy
• Drive the introduction of the FCO New Products in collaboration with regional sales management, and prepare the QRC’s to support the customers from an installation, service and repair perspective.
• Working with FSG – implement any and all best programs, practices and technology to improve our aftermarket capabilities at FCO
• Monitor and drive KPI’s
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• A regional aftermarket manager will be appointed for each global region to assist regional sales in driving the implementation and execution of aftermarket programs.
• The FCO Technical Sales Manager, and the technical sales team, will report to this position.
• The position requires effective collaboration and coordination with regional sales and functional management, and teams, throughout the Company organization
Position Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires an experienced and seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of global QRC and aftermarket support, business development and customer focus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College or university degree in Engineering, International Business, or Business Administration preferable, or fifteen years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Advanced customer service experience and skillset
• Effective communication skills
• Computer Skills including spreadsheets, presentation programs, etc.
• Broad based industry experience and knowledge

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Global travel of approximately 25-40% of the time

• Aggressive sales and customer service related work associated with major global and strategic customers.
• Position based in Houston – Sam Houston Sales Office
