Department Profile ISG Product Operations is a world-class global team of dedicated professionals, performing myriad functions, all with a common purpose: to manage Company's Clearing and Trading & Client operational processes and deliver value to our clients in a controlled and efficient way. The broad organisation partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes. At all times we are focused on delivering quality service to clients both internal and external. ISG Product Operations encompasses two functionally aligned organizations. The first, Trading & Client Operations, provides Operations functions in direct support of activity executed by Institutional Sales & Trading. The second, Clearing Operations, provides Operations functions in direct support for activity cleared by Company on behalf of our clients in Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives, and OTC Derivatives Team Profile An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join an experienced and dynamic Prime Brokerage Client Service team within the Clearing Operations group. The team is responsible for all aspects of transaction management and client relationships on both a daily transaction level and a long term strategic level for FXPB clients. This role requires liaising with trading, sales, technology, IPB and the bank and client operations groups. The successful individual will be working as part of a global team, based in Glasgow, Baltimore and Singapore. The opportunity presents a chance to manage a set of high-profile clients and impact a growing business in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Primary Responsibilities   • Manage daily trade flow of instruments including FX spot, FX forward, NDF, Vanilla & Exotic Options and Precious Metals   • Monitor credit and risk exposures of FXPB clients   • Assist in the client on-boarding process   • Work with other Operations teams to ensure all post-trade processes are in order   • Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner   • Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile clients. Skills required (essential)   • Knowledge of FX Cash, Options (vanilla and exotic) and NDF products   • Experience in client service of Hedge Funds/Proprietary trading Firms (preferred)   • Previous foreign exchange prime brokerage experience and knowledge of Traiana/Harmony (preferred)   • Understanding of the front-to-back transaction life cycle (from trade execution to settlement and post-settlement)   • A good understanding of operational risk   • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and manage relationships across many groups within the firm   • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and clients   • A passion for delivering excellent client service   • Strong MS Office skills Company is an equal opportunities employer.
