The Fundraising Operations Team is a division of Local Marketing and Development, which enables the Company Educational Foundation to carry out its public media mission by raising necessary funds from individuals, corporations, and foundations for current program support and special projects for TV, Radio and the Web. This department is the operational hub for the following fundraising and marketing areas: Membership, Leadership, Major Gifts, Special Events, Member Development and Services, Volunteers, Premiums and Incentives, Auction, Matching Gifts, Web Marketing and Pledge. Operations works closely with all of the areas of Local Marketing and Development to help them meet their fundraising goals and database needs.

Operations works closely with all of the areas of Local Marketing and Development to help them meet their fundraising goals and database needs.
Skills Required
Candidate must be able to work independently, be highly organized and be able to multi-task while working with an exceptional level of detail and flexibility. Candidate should be able and willing to collaborate with others on joint projects and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to quick changes in priorities. Willingness for continuous improvement, attention to meetings, and understanding internal and external department needs. Must possess a strong ability to see trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Candidate should be able to work independently on a variety of tasks utilizing available technologies including the Company website database platform. Must have high level of computer proficiency, Mac experience helpful, with knowledge of Word, Excel, FileMaker, and e-mail applications. Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking and ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities desired. Professional office experience is desired. Must be able to develop basic working knowledge of content management systems and relational databases.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
