For this role you must be fluent in both speaking and reading Italian.
We have opportunities in this role in Westwood Business Park, Coventry.
A key role protecting our customers
As a Barclays Frontline Monitoring Analyst, you’ll be joining our dynamic Financial Operations Frontline Monitoring team. We’ll look to you to review and build our customers’ profiles from diverse and often complex sources to identify and prevent suspicious or criminal activities. Your ability to make authoritative decisions is vital, so this is a great chance to gain industry-recognised skills and experience in a specialised area of finance in an environment where your analytical skills and intuition will be valued and encouraged.
What you’ll give our customers as a Frontline Monitoring Analyst
You’ll be responsible for making our customer experience the best it can be, by protecting our customers’ information and money from potential threats. It’s all about acting as a role model by ensuring that we always treat our customers fairly, working collaboratively to drive service excellence. You’ll also develop and deliver timely and effective MI to meet the needs of our internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need as Frontline Monitoring Analyst
