Role Purpose
The Financial Analyst will play an integral role in the day-to-day management of Talent Finance, including payment, tracking, budgeting, and forecasting. This position will report to the Director, Talent and Remote Production Finance.
Responsibilities
Process weekly talent payroll – including preparation of payroll forms, updating submission log, and sending weekly email updates
Own accounts payable responsibilities for foreign talent and Talent Department: accurately code invoices, coordinate approvals, update operators and team members, and work with vendors as needed
Maintain talent database and files
Prepare quarterly AFTRA submissions
Engage as main point of contact with Talent Dept. to answer payment questions, prepare ad hoc reporting, assist with various research projects, etc. on a daily basis
Assist with quarterly closing process: journal entries, variance analysis, and post close financial reporting
Assist with maintaining and updating Talent Department budget
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum two (2) year's hands-on accounting experience
Additional Qualifications
Excellent computer and analysis skills, particularly in Excel
Strong communication skills

Desired Characteristics
Experience with SAP, BPC, and BW preferred
