#Elaboration and delivery of a regional marketing plan
Lead and coach a team of 4 Field Marketing Specialists in the elaboration & delivery of a regional marketing plan that fulfills the departmental mission of giving a regional face to a global brand.
Identify opportunities for Red Bull to give wings to people and ideas by either enabling, challenging or inspiring consumers every day.
Nourish and build relations with key opinion leaders and agencies.
SPORT – Coach your Field Marketing Specialist to project manage 1-2 Red Bull title events across the year, as well as elaborate a regional sponsorship & activation plan that helps grow consumption of Red Bull
CULTURE – Coach your Field Marketing Specialist to project manage the delivery of a regional RBMA Tour stop. Advise them on how to build cutting edge activities in music that correspond to national and regional business priorities.
SAMPLING – Coach your sampling manager to manage a team of 35 Wings Team members. Lead on the elaboration of a sampling plan that fulfills the company business priorities.
Coach your Field Marketing Specialists in their management of a team of 15 Student Brand Managers and the delivery of the national and regional plans

Effective budget management to maximise resources and cut through of activity, ensuring event spend and day to day budget management is accurate and always within budget demonstrating a commercial and entrepreneurial mind-set
#Cross Functional Collaboration
Unify Midlands Field Marketing team with all corners of the business, ensuring collaborative working with Regional On & Off premise.
Play an active role in facilitating relationships across the business by actively nurturing relationships
#Business Planning
Deliver the Midlands 2017 Business Plan, proactively suggesting refinement as and when relevant.
Foster ideas in the region that influence the 2018 business plan at both national and regional level.
Elaborate a 2018 regional business plan in collaboration with your team that uses consumer insights.
Demonstrable marketing experience with understanding of event management and delivery.
Proven background in people management.
Experienced in negotiation, budget management and strategic planning.
Creative flair with a passion for brands and cutting edge marketing activity.
Ability to cultivate a highly engaged team environment & manage a team to deliver on its targets.
Understanding of the Midlands landscape – Sports and Culture that exist within it.
Good organisational skills.
Strategic thinker who takes initiative and ownership and makes things happen.
Creative mind with a track record of putting new ideas into practice and assessing results.
In depth understanding of consumer trends and insights (digital, University life, moving patterns)
