The role of the Facilities Coordinator is a varied one which works alongside and supports all teams with in the facilities department, and is integral in the successful running of the building. The role requires a proactive approach and wiliness to help out when required. The general facilities assistant will engage on a regular basis with the colleagues the team serves and needs a positive and customer friendly attitude. Carrying out the day to day walk rounds for the London office, this role is key to ensuring the building meets and health & safety standards set by every changing laws and legislation.
What you'll be doing...
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Team administration, including PO raising, filing
• Weekly reporting
• Conducting daily walk arounds
• Flag up any H&S issues in the building
• Completing finding from the daily walk round
• Covering the facilities helpdesk
• Additional support for Reception team, covering holidays/sickness
• Supporting the Heath & Wellbeing team with administration
• Set up and clear meeting rooms
• Assist in set up of office areas, including furniture builds & moves
• Assist in set up of social events
• Collect and/or deliver recycling
• Maintain paper stocks for photocopiers
• Liaising with the wider Facilities teams
• Liaising with the cleaning teams
• Help with archiving, photocopying & basic filing
• Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties
• Ordering keys
Flexible support
• Support the maintenance team and post room team when required
• Help with set up of sample sales
• Any other ad hoc support required
• Support the front of house facilities manager

• Dedicated attitude, ability to lead a team, and flexibility within the team to support colleagues
