Cabela’s has an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinatorin our Facilities department. This position is located at our corporate office in Sidney, Nebraska.

Job Description:
Responsible for proactive day to day support of Facilities Operations pertaining to the Facilities Maintenance Department. Assists Divisional Facilities Managers and overall Facilities team with support as requested. Responsible to coordinate internal facilities communications on behalf of the DFMs related to travel, project support and operations. Lead efforts to improve and maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction for the Facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive requests for facilities support directly from internal and external customers. Requests will include general facility needs, project support and support with lighting and HVAC building automation system needs. In all cases, Coordinator is responsible to ensure that customer service needs and expectations are exceeded.
• Responsibilities include and are not limited to supporting, documenting, analyzing, course correcting and escalating all facilities related operations.
• The Coordinator position will work closely with the facilities team to address vendor performance issues or process improvements while increasing service standards.
• Coordinator is responsible for tracking DFM project statuses and routinely reporting team progress. The Coordinator position will be asked to support internal facilities communications while gathering, documenting and reporting relevant information pertaining to DFM projects. Coordinator is responsible to document project status changes to ensure expeditious service is maintained.
• Coordinator will also ensure cost and budget materials related to DFM projects are properly documented. Cost tracking from Timberline and Procurement will be a key detail of the DFM project status reports.
• Other Duties as assigned by management.
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills required
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills required
• Strong aptitude towards collaboration preferred
• Ability to quickly gain proficiency with various supporting vendor portals and building automation systems required
