Join us for an incredible opportunity to support the Company & Company as our Executive Administrative Assistant & VIP Coordinator!
This position is mainly responsible for assisting and supporting the Managing Director of the Company & Company. The Managing Director leads the properties’ Leadership Committee, working closely with hotel ownership and the Company office, and ensures the Company & Company create a memorable experience for guests and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the arrival, communication, and experience of Collections VIPs including Globalists, Courtesy Card Holders, and other designated guests
- Supporting the Managing Director in daily scheduling, tasks, and needs
- Managing Collection donations
- Managing Collection incentives
- Managing Executive Office expense reports
The hourly rate range for this position is $30.50 to $32.04. The starting rate for this position is $30.50/hour. For those colleagues who have experience in this role with Company for four years or more, this position offers $31.11/hour.

Qualifications
