Company is looking for a Creative Producer to join the Environments team, our internal, architectural and interior design group. We connect the brand values to physical space, where we host our employees and community. We work with teams across the organization to bring these projects to life, be it a new office or a multi-day event. Together with these partners, we develop places that reflect and facilitate Company’s culture.
This is a position that requires strong collaboration, organisational, and communication skills. You’ll coach the Environments team on best practices, showcase effective project management by defining next steps, setting deadlines, measuring the pace of progress, as well as clearly communicate responsibilities to stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll host design meetings, document brainstorms, notetake, research and learn ever evolving company resources and processes and provide and maintain tools to ensure organization across the team.
Reporting to the Executive Producer, and working in partnership with the Creative Director, you will nurture and enhance the creative process and shepard the team towards execution.
• Management of project deliverables through execution with unflappable confidence.
• Create alignment among stakeholders and partners throughout the deliverable production process, holding project team members accountable. Enlisting the aid of Executive Producer when necessary to resolve conflict or boost accountability.
• Run ENV weekly status meeting and follow-up on deliverables
• Work with Workplace teams as needed, be the ENV representative at Workplace Stand-up
• Work with RE+C Project Managers as needed, be the ENV representative at Build-outs Bi-Weekly.
• Nurture existing and create new relationships within the creative industry as well as internal partner teams.
• Responsible for purchasing, procurement, and contractor coordination.
• Contribute strategic vision and have ownership in the quality of the final product.
Requirements
• 4+ years of design-based project management experience
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace.
• Familiarity with architecture or interior design process
• Comprehension of design language
• Passion for process and time-management.
• Able to juggle tasks and prioritize.
• Articulate and helpful; a natural host.
• Proactive, desire to understand big picture goals to drive decision making.
• Passionate about Company.
• Software: Spreadsheet master, Asana, Adobe Creative suite (basic knowledge).
