With the fast-changing landscape in education inside and outside the classroom and the rapid evolution to digital, our Professional division has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Solutions Manager (ESM) to join our dynamic team.
As the ESM, you will be responsible for building ongoing and profitable relationships within the Professional, Medical and Vocational market, to achieve agreed enterprise sales (via subscription and enterprise-level agreements) of our vast range of digital products.
Working collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and product teams, you will lead and execute the division’s institutional selling strategy principally by leveraging our digital platforms via integration with our customer’s learning management systems (LMS).
Requirements:
• The successful applicant will be University degree qualified.
• Extensive sales experience (ideally in an institutional or software-selling environment)
• High energy, strong work ethic, personal integrity and stamina to perform consistently
• Strong business acumen with an analytical and strategic operational mindset.
• Decisive with a ‘get it done’ and ‘whatever it takes’ mentality.
• Experience interfacing with executive management; ability to conduct high-level sales meetings with Deans, Vice Chancellors, C-suite and similar.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse strong teams
• Demonstrated competence in the use and current knowledge of eLearning technologies such as eBook delivery and Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to travel as required
