Job Description
Within our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) Marketing department and directly reporting to the VP Marketing EMEA, you will be responsible for a team of Brand Managers, working on communication plans for our games, and of Live Brand Managers, working on the optimization of acquisition, transformation of our live phases (alpha and beta) and maximization of post launch business.
Thanks to your Marketing expertise, your market vision and a perfect knowledge of the communication tools, you will be in charge of defining the success keys of our products launch strategies. You will play a key role between various teams: production, US, business, subsidiaries…
More precisely, your missions will be:
1. DEFINITION AND ELABORATION OF BRANDING STRATEGIES & PLATFORMES
• Follow-up, analysis and management of the brands portfolio
◦ Perfect knowledge and understanding of our products and consumers segments
◦ Market analysis, trends and competitor monitoring
◦ Collaboration with the international production marketing teams in the definition of our brands strategy
• Definition and production of strategic prelaunch communication plans for our subsidiaries in the EMEA zone
◦ Definition of the objectives, strategies and means depending on each consumer segment and marketing mix
◦ Elaboration and management of innovative and relevant 360 communication campaigns in partnership with our agencies
◦ Collaboration with different internal experts (media, PR, digital…) to establish relevant, integrated and adapted plans & promotion tools
◦ Coordination and follow-up of the different EMEA subsidiaries (+15) to allow the best local awareness of our products
• Acquisition and post launch retention planning and strategy to ensure the best profitability possible for our games
◦ Daily analysis of our the results and performance of our games to activate and adapt relevant strategies
◦ Development of dedicated levers and acquisition/retention tools in collaboration with the data & sales analyst team
◦ Coordination and follow-up of post launch plans and activities in coordination with our EMEA zone territories
2. TEAM OF EXPERTS MANAGEMENT
• Supervision and daily management of a team composed of Brand Managers and Live Brand managers with different levels of seniority
3. BUDGET MANAGEMENT
• Supervision, management and optimization of «AAA» marketing budgets
Qualifications
Master from a Business School or University equivalence with a major in Marketing. You have 10 years’ experience in a similar strategic marketing position, within a gaming environment ideally or in the Entertainment industry. You have already successfully managed a team.
Assertive but also diplomatic, you have excellent organization and communication skills. You are fluent in English and you have already experimented an international and multi-cultural experience and you can build a constructive relationship with your colleagues and partners.
