ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION DESIGNER DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking an energetic and knowledgeable individual to fill an entry level Electrical & Instrumentation Designer position in our Anchorage office.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of electrical, instrumentation, and control designs for power distribution systems, generation facilities, and other heavy industrial facilities.
- Support multi-discipline designs where strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment is required.
- Ability to work effectively under the direct supervision of senior designers and engineers.
- Development of professional electrical and instrumentation engineering design deliverables including drawings and other supporting documents as assigned.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree in Drafting and CAD Technology from an accredited institution.
- Working knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and Revit design software.
- Proficiency with the standard Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $111,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
