We’re looking for an exceptional eCommerce Support Analyst to join Company website.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out 2nd and 3rd line support for Company website, with a focus on the range of applications hosted on the website.
A quick thinker, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to identify, prioritise and triage incidents and requests, in line with Company Impact and Severity definitions. Additionally, using your excellent organisational skills you will ensure the planning and implementation of code deployments and system upgrades.
Proactive and investigative, you will develop and support operational tools that simplify day to day website operations, as well as the wider online team’s daily tasks. Thanks to your excellent communication skills you will suggest and implement change, collaborating closely with external 3rd part suppliers, the IS team and wider Company business.
The successful candidate must have previous experience in an IT Support role and be able to demonstrate knowledge of IBM WebSphere Commerce Suite (Version 7), SQL server and basic networking and eCommerce principles. C# Development and Microsoft Visual Studio are also desirable.
Possessing an appetite for learning and an understanding of Retail is essential for success in this role.
