Company is seeking an Inventory Planner, Men’s Apparel to work within our growing Ecommerce business. This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story as Company continues to impact the business like no other company has. The individual will be a key member of the Ecommerce merchandising team, responsible for managing and executing all facets of inventory planning related to key UA product categories for the on-line business.
Position Summary
Company is seeking an Inventory Planner to join a dedicated, energetic, results-oriented planning team to support the rapid growth of our Ecommerce site. The individual is an integral member of the Ecommerce merchandising team, leading and executing the sales plan for our Men’s Apparel category. As the champion of a world-class customer experience, the Planner will proactively manage inventory health while driving inventory turns to exceed corporate goals. They will apply a deep understanding of planning concepts and processes to help architect a Best in Class Planning standard for Ecommerce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage and execute the sales plan for the Men’s Apparel category for Ecommerce
• Proactively manage inventory to support sales revenue targets, deliver on key business objectives (inventory turn, health, sku productivity, margin, etc.) and support the overall customer experience.
• Analyze sales trends and excess opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with key product and merchandising partners to develop a seasonal assortment strategy that uniquely positions the channel and brand for success
• Lead the buy review process for the Men’s Apparel business to collect feedback, optimize the assortment and drive final cross-functional alignment for the season
• Lead weekly reporting efforts by creating and managing the dashboard
• Coordinate with the Content team to activate new items on the Company website website, and deactivate styles as needed
• Lead in special project teams (i.e. NBA and MLB launches) representing the Ecommerce inventory POV to help deliver on key revenue and turn metrics

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills
• Experience in APO, 7th On-line, SAP
• Fluent in BW reporting tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, proven presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and work as part of a team
• Proven ability to think critically, problem solve, analyze needs, and offer solutions
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, manage to tight deadlines and deliver results
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university, with focus on Merchandising, Planning, or related field
• SAP and BW experience
• Planning system experience preferred (APO, 7th On-line)
