The Customer Service Representative – Internet is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers placing online merchandise orders. The incumbent in this position will respond efficiently, accurately and courteously through inbound calls, live chat and email correspondence, at times requiring a certain degree of creativity and including special inquiries as applicable.
Essential Functions:
1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously on all customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
2. Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customer requests
3. Assist customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
4. Analyze, review, and process customer requests for return authorization and credits
5. Maintain effective communication with customers to provide on-going information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments
6. Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education):
1. A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
2. A minimum of 2-4 years of related work experience
3. Strong computer skills, including experience using web based services.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Capable of multi-tasking in a fast and dynamic environment
6. Strong Problem Solving Skills
7. Must be 18 years or older
8. Must be able to sit/remain stationary, move and bend comfortably
