Primary Purpose
The Director Video Producer is responsible for the development, execution and integration of film and video content for Company across all divisions and platforms. The Director will manage all outside talent and their representatives as required for film and video content. The Director is responsible for collaborating with internal marketing and creative services to balance creative concepts with global business side objectives
The successful individual will...
• Manage production and execution timelines with creative agency to insure seasonal film deliverables are supplied to corporate and global business units on time and in the right end use formats.
• Collaborate with Creative Services team on innovative ideas and talent for film projects for all business units globally.
• Manage outside vendors and talent (directors, photographers, models, illustrators etc.) in developing content across all platforms (social, digital/Company website, in store, print) including corporate communications.
• Drive various projects from end-to-end and with sensitivity to budgets.
• Manage all production relationships with the Company brand and aesthetic in mind.
• Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure all partners are kept informed on film and video content projects.
The accomplished individual will possess...
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 8 years technical film/production experience specifically in digital media.
• Strong working knowledge of new and emerging technology including the latest web and traditional design standards.
• Proficiency with all applicable software and hardware.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Superior experience and understanding of production process.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Must be an intuitive, entrepreneurial, flexible self-starter.
