Director, Xfinity Services - Strategic Initiatives
Job Summary:
The Director of Xfinity Services: Strategic Initiatives is the product owner responsible for the planning, execution, reporting and operational activities related to customer equipment swap programs. Video and Internet equipment upgrades are necessary to ensure a customer's equipment can support the latest features and functionality offered by Company. This person will coordinate the appropriate Company cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure that the equipment swaps programs are providing a high-value, high quality customer experience while achieving defined business goals. He or she will collaborate closely with other teams at Company including Marketing, Supply Chain Operations, Customer Care, Finance and Technology & Product to develop, communicate and maintain customer and internal facing swap guidelines and policies as well as serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and field teams on all equipment swap programs.
Core Responsibilities:
Directs, establishes, maintains and plans the overall goals for equipment swap Company websitefies product strategy for program or product groups.
Defines, develops, and implements standard operational frameworks for swap activities.
Oversight and requirement definition for executive reporting dashboards.
Applies expertise in state-of-the-art product technologies and is relied on by top management to serve as a proxy for the market and senior leadership.
Coordinates with Technology & Product and Supply Chain operations on industry needs and identifies possible solutions to meet those needs.
Represents the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Defines end-to-end customer experience and coordinates across other functional areas.
Lead in defining product business and functional requirements.
Defines and manages product, business & functional requirements.
Teams with product development, product engineering and enterprise technology to deliver, support and manage high quality products & services.
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically and critically.
Collaborate with divisions, markets and national teams to assure alignment with swap initiatives.
Demonstrates excellent product management skills, with a proven track record of successful delivery of products on time, in line with budget expectations and to strategy.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
• Generally requires 10+ years related experience.
Preffered Requirements:
MBA preferred.
Self-starter with ability to drive products and ideas independently.
Five or more years managing a team on product delivery and/or operations preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of program management experience preferred.
Direct experience in fast-paced technology or new media industry preferred.
Excellent analytic and strategic planning skills.
Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with all levels within the organization, including field service team members' management, cross-departmental teams and senior leadership.
