Company is the global leader in Customer Experience Management. Our mission is to create a world where companies are loved by their customers; where organizations see you as a person and not just their next sale. We do this by building a bridge between hundreds of companies and billions of customers, around the world, enabling access to your eyes, ears, and hearts, so they may design and deliver extraordinary experiences, every single day.
The Function
• The Company People and Culture team speaks directly to its name. The company’s cultivator of talent, champion of development, and safekeeper of culture, People and Culture defines Company as both as a brand an employer. Inspired to find and bring out the best, we’re responsible for our people processes: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits, performance management and growth, and support during life-changing moments. Our team balances playfulness and collegiality with dogged ownership of our projects. So, what’s missing? YOU!
The Role:
• At Company, HR Business Partners solve complex organizational problems with a people lens. Emphasis is equal on each word in the title:
• HR -You’ll apply a people lens to complex organizational and business problems.
• Business -Your business acumen will set you apart from the crowd.
• Partner -While you’re a core member of the People and Culture team, you’ll work so closely with Professional Services that you and they will think you’re part of that team, too.
• To be successful, you’ll need to challenge status quo, push your partners to be great always, and use data in addition to your laser sharp people instincts to drive decisions. You’ll need to roll up your sleeves as we build the next iteration of our people processes, but you’ll love every moment of it.
• You’ll partner with experts from across People and Culture and Company more broadly to design and execute your strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize Medallians. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs to support Medallians, including compensation, performance and talent programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; focus in HR or Business, and MA/MS/MBA degree preferred
• 7-10 years of HR business partner or talent-related role experience
• Proven ability to work within constraints as well as challenge status quo.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.
• Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.
• Experience leading groups through times of change and uncertainty
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and hiring manager and stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce talent for immediate and future needs
• Proficiency with talent acquisition technologies (CMS, CRM, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology)
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
