Job Title
Director of Strategic Marketing (Health)
The Director, Strategic Marketing (Health), is a partner to the Company Corporate and Digital Sales Teams, helping to deliver creative, insights-based, multi-platform integrated programs that drive revenue growth.
This position’s chief responsibility will be to help conceptualize, develop, write and pitch creative ideas that can live across platform, incorporate Company properties and deliver on clients’ objectives and strategies.
Additionally, as part of a team central to selling all things Company, the Director, Strategic Marketing (Health) will have the opportunity to work with members of our vast portfolio to craft Company’s position to the OTC/DTC health industry—from articulating business insights and identifying audience strengths, to crafting and packaging unique digital and cross platform products for the sales teams’ to take to market.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
• Oversee and/or develop and write creative ideas integral to capturing integrated revenue for Company
• Craft Company health story presentations/modules
• Keep abreast of, and share with overall marketing team, news, trends and innovations taking place among advertisers and by media competitors within the health space
• Work with brand marketing teams, as well as editorial, video and ad product to create “off the shelf” selling opportunities

Works closely with Director to develop strategic food category presentations to position the
Company brand

Keeps abreast of marketplace trends and audience insights to help inform and guide program
creation among supporting team members

Works with Company asset teams to package digital, video and print products to create proactive
selling opportunities

Attend client briefings and sales presentations to pitch integrated marketing solutions/ideas
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Media, Communication, Marketing or related field.
Experience:
Eight to ten years of experience in marketing and sales promotion (digital and/or integrated marketing)
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strategic thinker who can continue to evolve our strategy and go to market approach as we bring on new technologies and products, and as our client needs continue to evolve.
Ability to quickly learn the value that our brands bring to consumers and have a unique ability to ideate, create and deliver programs that delivers value to both our advertisers and our consumers
Proven ability to develop results-oriented programs
Polished presentation skills
Strong time-management & multi-tasking skills with solid attention to detail
Must be adaptable with ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams & inspire others
