Job Description
The Director of Production, International will act as the ‘Global Hub’ for all marketing materials being created and distributed between our Domestic marketing team and our International channel business around the world. Responsibilities include the creation and distribution of all show & brand assets (promos, keyart, images), new channel launches and rollout of rebrands, creation of sales collateral (print, digital, video) and AV support for Program Sales, Press, Trade show booths (MIPCOM), and Internal conferences (Annual Global Conference).
Specifically, the Director of Production, International will:
• Oversee production of international show promotion campaigns, brand spots, rebrands, and new channel launches.
◦ Work with International marketing and brand strategy teams to ensure creative for International priority shows, marque events, stunts and image/brand spots are being produced on brief, on budget, and delivered in a timely manner.
◦ Find efficiencies between Domestic production, U.S. & International agencies, and In-House Production teams within Territories.
◦ Work with Domestic production teams to ensure our International channels have the most recent channel branding elements, rollout out new rebrands as needed, create new elements that are custom to the territory’s needs, support the launch of new channels from asset distribution to custom launch campaigns.
• Support International Trade Marketing and the Global Program Sales team by producing original sales collateral (including sizzle videos, print & digital materials), trade events (including tradeshow booth design, AV, screeners, panels), Produce shoot for Press EPK junkets and set visits, oversee AV & run of show for world premiere screeners and internal events.
◦ Trade Events – Fully execute successful trade events by provideo on site management and creative video, print, and digital assets for MIPCOM, MIPTV, Natpe, LA Screenings, Discop, etc. Assets include booth design, sales one sheets, brochures, power point decks, Trade ads - digital banners,
◦ Internal Events – Oversee full production (on site) for Annual Global Conference hosted in a different city/country each year, Bi-Annual Sales Conference hosted in NY headquarters, and the Annual Content & Creative Summit hosted in NY both in-house and out of house.
◦ Press Events - Work closely with head of PR to produce EPK with talent and executive producers, on site set visits with International journalists, and screening events.

• Responsible for asset distribution and communication of marketing assets (including promos, keyart, images) for our A+E global channels, third party platforms, and the program sales website and other sales collateral.
◦ Work closely with PSNY to develop efficiencies, and automated systems, for better distribution of assets, including sub-masters, layered files, GFX packages, etc.
◦ Work with legal on rights and clearances for promotional content, MSA contracts, talent contracts, music license agreements for international use.
◦ Work closely with Domestic marketing on Global Priority titles running day and date, and ensure creative assets are delivered in a timely manner for International use.
• Manage monthly accruals and quarterly re-forecast submissions
