TITLE: Director of Product Management
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES:
Establish key operating metrics to keep a pulse on the website experience and revenue.
Identify opportunities to improve the website experience to support purchase of tickets, passes, upgrades; as well as informational content to keep guests engaged between park visits.
Introduce features to support guest monetization through ticketing, planning, health & safety, loyalty programs, payments, social and shared experiences, and partner integrations.
Reduce website latency and eliminate any bugs/errors during the purchase process.
Increase the lifetime value of Company Parks & Entertainment guests by deepening relationship with them through digital experiences like the pass member portal.
Work closely with SVP, Product Management to determine strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and resource allocation against product goals. Build close rapport with key stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional team of product managers, analysts, designers, developers, operations analysts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Business, or related.
Three (3) years in any occupation with experience in Product Management with respected consumer businesses in eCommerce, marketplace, and/or subscription.
Three (3) years in any occupation with experience in Product Management with respected consumer businesses in eCommerce, marketplace, and/or subscription must include: Working on an e-commerce website and building a consumer-facing mobile app or mobile specific experiences; Building a product with similar functionality such as: ticketing, payments, commerce, consumer profile, personalization, trust & safety, communication, or discovery; Experience with modern product development methods such as Lean or Agile; Project lifecycle processes including initiation, requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management; Leveraging large datasets to create and enhance product features to benefit specific user groups; Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, user testing, data analysis, and defining metrics; and Experience explaining complex technical concepts to senior-level leaders across the organization whose primary focus is not technology.
TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE:Reports to company headquarters in Orlando, FL. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100%. Up to 15% travel to headquarters or parks required.
SALARY: $175,000 – $176,000
