Company
Do you prefer designing and shipping end-to-end customer experiences over just shipping features? Does the idea of working on a complex set of technologies and experiences, from Facebook and other messaging bots to mobile and desktop experiences? When trying to make a change to a flight or hotel, does it frustrate you to be asked by multiple systems and people to repeat the same information when you know this can be solved by technology?
Company is sitting atop an incredible amount of data about the traveler journey, their touchpoints with our technologies and people, and their pain points. Do you want to come lead a Big Data team focused on stitching the entire traveler journey and generate insights that will directly influence our product design, business improvements, and how the company thinks about the customer experience? You will be designing and building the Data Platform that powers all of the above, as well as partnering with teams to embed predictive models and other data science techniques into the core platform.
Come make this happen from a unique vantage point in the company, across the many brands in our portfolio including Company website, Travelocity, Orbitz, and Company website.
