Company is looking for a Director of People Analytics. This newly created position will report into the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer and may be located in either New York or Los Angeles. The successful candidate will work across the organization to encapsulate a wide range of global data for key stakeholders. This pivotal role will use market data to identify and elevate potential areas of growth. This role is suited to a highly-motivated professional who is interested in contributing to a diverse, multi-platform entertainment company.
Responsibilities:
• Define a set of critical people metrics to track and report on a regular basis (“Flash Report”)
• Work with the HRIS and technology teams to establish and administer a reporting process
• Identify and conduct advanced people analytics to improve effectiveness, efficiency and impact of 21CF’s people programs
• Implement actionable predictive analytics in recruitment, diversity, retention, talent and performance management
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the divisions to create and implement action plans
• Gather, analyze and distribute relevant market data to key stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc analytical support to global team members
• Leverage HCM system to examine and evaluate global HR data
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree required
• 6-8 years of demonstrated relevant experience
• Entertainment and/or technology experience a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Cutting-edge presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in project management and collaboration across a broad set of stakeholders
• Familiarity with HCM systems, preferably Workday
