Director of Global Marketing and Product Development (Active Cosmetics Division)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage New Product Launch Panier from concept to formula approval, to the manufacturing.
-Work with Marketing, Labs and Development to track launch timeline, COG/Financial viability, of all new products/samples.
Includes initiation of Magellan Briefs.
-Develop and manage copy/claims/clinical testing for both efficacy and medical detailing strategy. Includes working with US dermatologists and International Scientific Communications.
-Lead monthly Lab Mtgs—coordinating Agendas, Topics of Discussion.
-Lead COG reduction projects.
-Keep abreast of competitive marketplace as well as new and innovative consumer/product trends along with promotional activity.
-Bring new formulas, technologies and innovations to marketplace working closely with R&D, Marketing and all other support teams.
-Display strong leadership in team meetings, having the current update, status and information on all projects. Lead role in Sr. Operations new launch status.
-Manage update of product bins (competitive and internal brands) especially for key Management Meetings (i.e. Category Reviews, Marketing Plans, Launch Plans).
Job Requirements:
-BA required
• 5+ years of Marketing and/or Product Development experience.
• Skincare experience
-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-IRI Preferred
