This pivotal role will ensure the optimization of our operations functions in order to provide clients with an experience that is consistent with the brands exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising stakeholders involved.
The role is a pure E-Commerce position in which we depend on the professional to have an in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end E- Commerce experience. This role will drive the successful e-commerce & omi-channel business to ensure a consistent client experience and thus further driving our presence within the luxury market.
With a can do approach and agility the ideal candidate will approach the business development and client experience, through analysis of sales, work closely with several partners on operations data to continuously challenge the business to explore methods and approaches to the e-commerce business. This role will work in collaboration with a variety of business partners including Yoox, Retail Development, Merchandising and Global Marketing teams. Additionally team management is a crucial part of the role and the ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of E-Commerce Client Advisors and E- Commerce Manager who focus on driving the customer experience through the several client-connecting mediums. Build, manage and train the customer service teams and levels in order to achieve the sales target and maximize conversion and retention with a cross channel mindset.
As a strong team player, you will be required to be hands-on when required and enjoy understanding the detail behind the business, which you are responsible for. The successful candidate will be adaptable, excited to learn and contribute and thrives working in a high profile visible and dynamic business. Previous omi-channel, ecommerce gained within a retail and/or customer centric environment is essential.
Providing answers/ subject matter expert in E-Commerce/ and experience in working with other departments (Supply Chain, Merch and Marketing). Can collaborate with Digital and CMI teams to enhance the Consumer Journey, to fully include E-Commerce and be a strong partner to the Digital Marketing team – with fundamental understanding of digital marketing is an added value and not a must.
• E-Commerce experience min of 9-10 years
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Flexible self-starter who is able to solve problems and make quick decisions.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience collaborating effectively across company functions.
