The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the department's athletic communications office, including, but not limited to, statistical record-keeping, website maintenance, social media coordination, video webcasting services, photo/video editing, media relations oversight, event management, award nominations, staff/student-athlete profiles, and special event coordination.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Computer competency required. Experience with Stat Crew software, Adobe Creative Suite, SIDEARM Sports content management system, various social media platforms, video webcasting services, and video editing programs strongly preferred.
• Basic photography skills and photo editing knowledge strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel for games expected. Regular evening and weekend shifts required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, writing, and leadership skills, whether dealing with individuals or groups, and an ability to work well with different constituents.
• Ability to learn and apply University policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance and reliable judgement.
• Ability to work on multiple projects under time constraints.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and additional required employee clearances.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in athletic communications, sports management or related degree required; master's preferred.
• Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required with prior experience in athletics or related field strongly preferred.
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Current CPR, AED, and first aid certifications required. Training and recertification can be provided if necessary.
• Compliance with NCAA Division III rules and regulations required.
