Director, Marketing Technology
Company are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic real estate technology leader who can survey the technology landscape, match it to the Company real estate and growth strategies, and lead a cross-functional team to success
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a technology strategy and investment plan for the Real Estate Organization
• Bring organization to all Real Estate technology systems and requests and drive alignment and prioritization across internal Real Estate management and IT organization
• Research new technologies and innovations to solve specific real estate related business needs
• Act as the Company key spokesperson at industry events, partners, customers, and other key audiences for positioning and messaging.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 15+ years in technology with focus on architecting and delivering innovative system solutions to drive company success
• Proven management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Knowledge and/or understanding of how the Real Estate & Workplace Services machine works within a large corporation
• Ability speak on behalf of Corporate Real Estate and Company to key customers and industry groups
• Gravitas to lead cross-functional steering committee meetings and engage with teams and stakeholders who deliver critical elements
• Continuous networking with industry peers and technology vendors to bring latest and most innovative ideas and solutions to Company
• Deep experience with the Company platform
• Product management experience a plus
• A real evangelist. Someone who gets passionate about things and motivates everyone around them.
• The candidate must be a self- starter and possess excellent time management skills.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to address both executive and technical level audiences.
• She or he should be able to grasp and explain technologies quickly. You need to be able to build a great message and deliver it.
• You are collaborative, proactive, creative, entrepreneurial, have a healthy appetite for feedback, and thrive in high-pressure situations
