Job Description
The Global Product and Market Enablement (PME) team will connect product and solution innovators with our local business leaders within a proven global distribution and execution model. The PME team will enable:
• The entire enterprise to think globally when creating, designing and building products and services by gathering key market input well in advance.
• Company to scale those products and services globally by utilizing global distribution strategies that drive efficiency and relevance in market.
We are looking for a highly talented, creative and passionate individual who can support our product and market strategy globally, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis in a consultative approach, and deliver presentations identifying and articulating the value of the Company network to our strategic ecosystem partners.
You will work closely with Company Product, Sales, Innovation, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams on our most strategic and forward-thinking initiatives. Specifically, this role is focused on helping build the business value proposition, including business case justification, market opportunity, and client/market presentations.
This role requires excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills as the individual will interface with senior key stakeholders across a number of key global functions and business units. This individual must be able to manage executive-level relationships while optimizing and executing on the overall global product strategies. This role also requires an in depth understanding of issuers, merchants, acquirers and the four party model.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing commercialization plans for Company global products, services and capabilities
• Develop easy to understand Go-to-Market materials (sales documents, training materials, demos, videos, tools, product toolkits, sales sheets, and other needed sales support documents – integration docs, pricing, etc.)
• Partner with other functional areas to ensure collaboration to take solutions to market
• Solution creative and innovative ways to take solutions to market
• Create business cases, case studies and best practices for Company products and services
• Assist with commercialization efforts globally through key executives and channels
• Understand business needs of issuers, merchants, acquirers and Company strategic partners to drive global product initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise to product and marketing partners
• Serve as a thought leader. Ensure product launches are successfully supported and implemented appropriately.

Executive Presence
Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant product management and related program management experience, preferably in the payments industry.
• Track record of developing and communicating a strategy, building relationships across teams and key stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Deep experience in managing complex programs and problems
• Must have a "Can do" attitude and will do what it takes in order to move a program forward
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Company’s strategy, products and services
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business issues and solutions to a variety of stakeholders
• Must have great presentation skills and be comfortable presenting material in front of large audiences
• Advanced degree is strongly preferred
