We Offer
Director of Security Analytics is a key leadership role within Technology Security Services, reporting into Cyber Security. The selected senior leader will report to the Global Head of Cyber Security. In this critical role, you will partner across Cyber Security Product Management and Engineering to lead a global team of data scientists focused on building insights from data supporting the Technology Security Services mission at Company.
Director of Security Analytics will serve the critical role of providing a single Bank-wide capability for security analytics at Company and overseeing the execution and utilization of that vision. This includes partnering with the Technology Security Services Product Management organization to build out the Security Analytics products, product roadmap, product strategy, adoption and clearly defined requirements, while also partnering with the Cyber Security Engineering organization to drive security analytics solutions architecture, engineering, testing and deployment. Duties include leading a team of analytics professionals tasked with the successful generation, consumption, analysis and modeling of security-relevant data and events. This capability is expected to meet client needs across the Bank including the SOC, CISO, Compliance, application and data owners, as well as external clients of the Bank.
The Director, Security Analytics is expected to deliver capabilities that enable the Cyber Security team to respond to threats and incidents more quickly, with higher fidelity, and with broader situational awareness. This includes capabilities such as anomaly detection via baselining and machine learning, graph analysis, integration with threat intelligence and case management platforms, reporting and client engagement.
You will be an experienced technologist who has deep and extensive knowledge of data analytic and security technology, as well as senior management skills. Experience in developing systems using requirements based analysis across large organizations.
