Director, Enterprise Marketing
Job Type: FTE

Company is looking for an experienced, creative and high energy marketer with demonstrable success in building and accelerating pipeline through Enterprise sales teams using effective traditional demand generation and Account Based Marketing (ABM) techniques. This person will lead and manage Company’s Enterprise demand generation and funnel optimization efforts across multiple marketing channels and act as a key liaison to sales, field and partner marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
• Develop compelling, targeted marketing campaigns and ABM programs that successfully engage target accounts, generate and accelerate pipeline/opportunities for Sales
• Lead key Enterprise Marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Sales
• Manage a team of two focused on upmarket lead gen channels (webinars, content syndication, cost-per-lead, etc.)
• Key liaison to the BDR (Inside Sales) team ensuring alignment on campaigns/initiatives, funnel optimization and timely lead follow-up
• Coordinate with other Marketing team members/disciplines (including Product/Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc.), providing clear strategic leadership and appropriate direction to maximize integrated efforts and help team achieve shared goals/targets
• Partner with Field and Digital Marketing teams for strategic input on ABM strategies, for operational feasibility and delivery, and for tracking/reporting on Target Account funnel acceleration
• Collaborate with sales leadership to set quarterly team goals and priorities and determine needs and requirements across the team
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Marketing
• Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies
• Successful history in developing and executing demand generation and pipeline-building marketing programs, including email, digital, direct mail and more
• Experience marketing cloud/SaaS products and solutions
• Deep understanding of pipeline analytics and management
• Ability to work in a cross-functional role and influence the direction and focus of projects outside of your immediate reporting structure
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization
• Experience acting as a liaison between Sales and Marketing teams
• Strong written and visual communicator
• Extremely organized and able to multitask
• Marketo and Salesforce experience highly desired, but not required
