Director, eCommerce, Giorgio Armani

Job Summary:
This position will require a highly productive individual who can competently manage a small, specialized team in the production and management of the website for Giorgio Armani Beauty/Fragrance. This role will have responsibility for maintaining the production and campaign schedules for the eCommerce platform, and with that the ownership of priorities/projects for the technologies in the channel.
The eCommerce lead will be responsible for the successful adaptation of all current marketing and brand initiatives to the eCommerce site in line with established strategic brand and corporate goals. This person has responsibility for achieving the annual budget plan as well as the design, growth and development of the eCommerce site for a Company brand.
Key Job Accountabilities
• Responsible for site refresh plan and promotions
• Responsible for management of the website daily forecasting calendar
• Partner with Ecommerce VP to determine short term to mid-term site strategy
• Collaborate with brand marketing teams to ensure interactive marketing initiatives are in line with offline initiatives
• Collaborate with international brand marketing to provide direction on US needs and ensure US needs are being met
• Responsible for management of brand digital media budget
• Responsible for Affiliate promo planning and placements
• Oversee ecommerce customer service offering to ensure representatives reflect the brand appropriately.
• Responsible for brand website sample management
• parties to Company website deliver to their contracted service level
Vendor management responsibilities:
• SEO/SEM vendor
• Web Content Management & merchandising
• Digital marketing partner (Google, MediaForge/Rakuten Display, LinkShare)
• Onsite personalization partner
