Description
Who am I: I am a hunter, a collaborator, a leader, a motivator and a problem solver. I am thoughtful and accountable with a deliberate plan of action that I execute and am measured against. I succeed by taking my consumer expertise and integrating it with the other marketing disciplines within Company and beyond to win exciting new integrated work for the agency.
My success is linked to new business and I am accountable for growing the Hong Kong consumer business for Company by farming organic growth from our top 20 existing clients and proactively hunting for new clients. When I win new business I work closely with the client teams to ensure the client and teams are set-up for success and regularly check-in with the client to ensure they have the best experience.
I work closely with the Jane Morgan to build a trusted network of personal relationships and partnerships within IPG that I can call upon to bring amazing thinking and ideas to our clients as well as to open doors to new business opportunities.
I know how to lead by influence (not by reporting line) and partner with people, in an open and collaborative way to do great work that solves business problems for clients and prospects. I remove barriers to great work, I share best practice and celebrate success with our teams to help them win more.
I am a passionate and public ambassador for the Company brand in Hong Kong and Asia and have or will build a strong public profile in marketing communities online and in the media.
I tirelessly look for innovative news ways to improve everything I do and constantly look to push the boundaries and be different. I face challenges head-on and I am not afraid to ask for help. I lead and inspire by doing.
Leadership

Commercial Acumen
• You ensure that the client contracts, forecasts and other necessary admin is set-up and completed in a timely fashion to minimise any unnecessary issues arising with the client or the agency

• Have a clear understanding of your role in the commercial success of the agency
Relationships/Partnerships
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with your peers in HK, the region and globally
• Build and maintain relationships with other CMG and IPG brands to look for opportunities to collaborate
• Build and maintain an active network of contacts among Marketing Directors, CMOs, senior executives and similar for new business and relationship building
• Continually merchandise the value of the agency to clients and internally
• Build client relationships beyond PR – marketing, sales, digital, research and other internal teams
Critical Thinking/Creativity
• Bring fresh thinking and ways of working/pitching to the team
• Push teams and individuals to Go All In and look for new angles, more creative ideas, bolder engagement strategies and be the agents of change for our clients
• Seek out recognition for great work through industry awards

• Be a champion for creative thinking and seek out ways to continually bring in new creative ideas and thinking to the life
• Ensure pitches and creative thinking is grounded in data and real insight and use data to prove the value of what we propose to clients

• A confident presenter always looking for new and relevant ways to present. You encourage and coach others to help them become great presenters and pitchers
