The Successful Candidate
You are skilled at facilitating the development of integrated marketing efforts including online media, social media, CRM, direct and cutting edge marketing campaigns. You clearly understand traditional agency processes and you have experience with the client or agency side of marketing in the online field. You are a seasoned manager and have had many direct reports.
Responsibilities
• Client facing – representing the work
• Responsible for translating creative ideas and concepts into strategic project plans and deliverables for internet, mobile, and related content applications
• Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients
• Responsible for overall project success, from project kick-off through completion
• Fully accountable to deliver multiple, often concurrent projects (1) error free, (2) on time or early, (3) on or under budget, and (4) meeting or exceeding creative objectives and expectations
• Work closely with key stakeholders to finalize project requirements, develop timeline and budget, identify technical considerations, and designate areas of responsibility among interactive team
• Oversee a detailed project schedule, project scope, document change requests, facilitate project meetings, review all project deliverables for quality and accuracy, maintain project documentation, communicate project status, and identify project risk
• Help drive process efficiencies and ensure team has skills and tools to be effective
• Ensure testing, reporting, analytics and insights are delivered for campaigns, as appropriate
• Take and facilitates corrective action on budget status requiring attention
Qualifications
• 8-10 years of solid marketing experience with CRM, direct and/or integrated marketing campaigns in an agency environment
• Experience in an Advertising Agency a must
• Dynamic leadership, strategic thinking, project management, collaboration, and team-building skills
• Experience leading client projects in a technical and/or marketing environment
• Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
• Expert knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database management skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills; Superior presentation skills
• Extensive partnering skills with demonstrated legacy of building and growing accounts
• Global experience
• Tech Experience a plus
• CRM experience and work with B2C and B2B clients.
